3.Refund & Cancellation Policy

4. Travel Insurance
We do not include any kind of travel insurance in our service.
5. ATM services & Moneychangers
We have some ATM services and money changers on Flores Island. But notice since these are small local banks the exchange rate will be different. There is a better rate only in well-developed touristic areas like Jakarta, Bali and Yogyakarta. That is why it is better for you to change your money there and bring some IDR cash to our region. Credit cards are accepted in some hotels, restaurants and mini-markets.
6.Things to bring with
Enough cash (IDR) for personal expenses (see 5. ATM services & Moneychangers), trekking/walking shoes (good resistance, especially in rainy season), sandals, trousers, sweaters, jackets, raincoat, sunglasses, sun hat, sun blocker, towel, snorkel gear, swimming suit, sleeping bag for the village tour program (if you sleep in the village), portable flashlight, camera, mosquito spray, strong malaria prevention kit, first aid box and other important things which are not mentioned here (like passport, flight tickets etc.).
